CafeFX - Ideal Employer
Since the second year of this course, I developed a profound interset in producing visual effects with the aim of achieving photo-realistic results. Whilst this hasn't always gone to plan the aim is still there and with my persistance, I know that this will one day be achieved. Whilst I have since become aware that there are many specialism involved in achieving photo-real visual effects for film I have struggled to discover where true potential lies. Nearing the end of my degree, I have discovered the main area of interest for me is a Visual Effects Artist, whilst I do have skills in compositing also I feel there would not enough creative input involved to keep me interested.
CafeFX would be an ideal employer as it offers specialsim in visual effects production and supervision, photo-real 3D environments and in stereoscopic 3D, these are my main areas of interest within film at the moment and with CafeFX being recognized as a world-class provider of stunning imagery with over 80 films to credit, CafeFX would be the ideal place to begin my career. Founded in 1993 CafeFX is has work on some of my favourite films including Alice and Wonderland, Shutter Island and Pan's Labyrinth. Located in Santa Barbara County, the studio sits on an eight-acre campus partnering cutting-edge technology with a friendly, comfortable environment.
